8.2. Warranty claim procedure

The client will send the jewel to the SAMARA JEWELRY SAS facilities together with the invoice, the guarantee certificate, its original packaging and the completed format. Shipping costs are assumed entirely by the customer.

Once the product is received, it will be sent to the company's workshop where it will be reviewed by the respective technician, giving a response within ten (10) business days. The indicated time does not include the time required to fix the product.

8.3. exchange policy
Merchandise changes will only be made within a maximum period of five (05) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product; as long as the product is in perfect condition, has not been used, is returned with the box, the guarantee certificate and the original invoice.

9. Online shopping
